Orders

All parts are sold on exchange basis.  Parts supplied are based upon the written, verbal or other communication from the Customer.  The Customer is solely responsible for determining that the ordered Parts are suitable for the purpose for which the Parts are purchased. We accept no responsibility for parts incorrectly supplied unless the engine and chassis number to properly identify the vehicle are quoted at the time of ordering.

Acceptable methods of Payment

Payment for parts will be accepted in Cash, MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express and PayPal, or by 30 day settlement for approved account holders for which Company cheques are acceptable. We do not accept personal cheques. Any dishonoured cheques will incur any bank charges and fees. A surcharge of 2.3% applies for American Express and PayPal. Electronic funds transfer is also acceptable if paid in advance a minimum of 2 days prior or more.

Return of Parts

For any parts that are required to be returned or exchanged, please contact a member of our friendly staff on 02 9725 5655 or eurologicspares@bigpond.com.  Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the parts if return or exchange is required.

Please see our conditions below:

  1. Parts not required must be returned in original condition within 7 days at the expense of the purchaser.
  2. A copy of the original invoice is to be presented with any parts returned, accompanied with a reason written on the invoice as to why the said Parts supplied have been returned.
  3. All returns of Parts are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee, with the exception of incorrectly supplied Parts.
  4. Any Parts supplied by EuroLogic Spares that are returned and have been fitted, painted or damaged, will not be acceptable for return or credit.
  5. The customer can choose to use their own courier at their own expense to return parts.
  6. Specially ordered parts and electrical items are not returnable for credit.

Used Parts Warranty – All used parts supplied carry a 3 month warranty on parts only and are subject to the below conditions ;

Mechanical Parts

Warranty for major mechanical items will be void if there is a failure or defect caused by the following situations;

  1. a) Improper installation or incorrect application.
  2. b) Overheating or overloading.
  3. c) Insufficient or incorrect use of oil/lubricants.
  4. d) Failure to carry out correct maintenance.
  5. e) Unauthorised repairs, alterations or dismantling.
  6. f) Misuse, neglect or accidents.

Reconditioned Parts – 12 months parts and labour warranty.

Electrical and Fuel Parts

If an item is returned as faulty, a replacement will be issued or delivered to the purchaser. Any evidence of tampering or dismantling of a supplied part that is subsequently returned as faulty will void warranty.  No refunds will be issued on electrical parts.

Engines, Turbos, Superchargers and Gearboxes

All Engines, Turbos, Superchargers and Gearboxes are quoted and sold on an exchange basis. There is no warranty on broken gears after installation on reconditioned or used gearboxes.  Warranty not valid until invoice is paid in full and exchange agreements are met.  Engines and gearboxes remain the property of EuroLogic Spares until these conditions are met.  Water contaminated automatic transmissions are void of warranty.  Turbos and Superchargers are sold as inspected and come with start up warranty only from date of purchase or date of delivery.  Engines sold are supplied as “long bare”. For our convenience, accessories may be left on but are not covered under warranty. It is recommended that the original accessories from the replaced Engine or Gearbox be used.  EuroLogic Spares will not be liable for any unauthorised repairs without our written consent. Any repairs carried out without our written consent will be at the customer’s own expense.  External main (front & rear) crankshaft seals, camshaft seals, timing belt & oil cooler must be changed to validate warranty conditions as oil and or water leaks are not covered under warranty. Radiator must be serviced or replaced if required & a new water pump & thermostat must be fitted.

In the event of any further claims being denied by a third party, EuroLogic Spares reserves the right to recover any out of pocket expenses incurred. Reimbursement by the customer will be required prior to EuroLogic Spares returning the unit.  In the event of any signs of malfunction, it is the customer’s responsibility to cease operation and advise EuroLogic Spares as soon as possible. Failure to comply may result in damage to your vehicle, and void any warranty or claims.

Warranty is void on vehicles that are not in keeping with original manufacturer specifications unless a pre-sale agreement is authorised and stated on invoice.
